  • In collaboration with our product managers, we devised an AI chatbot finely tuned to our product's needs. This streamlined solution seamlessly integrates with third-party platforms like ServiceNow, empowering operators to efficiently troubleshoot network issues and seamlessly file tickets. Moreover, we improved the chat experience by integrating a set of predefined action (buttons), greatly reducing user typing and enhancing overall interaction efficiency.
